Tear me apart

How true can our gut be? I seriously need real laughing theraphy and holiday. I'm worn out and everything now seems to turn so wrong. I woke up this morning crying non-stop till i fell asleep again.
Don't ask me why. Somtimes, we just need a good cry. Whether it helps or not, im not sure too.
Argh. Im so stress. Im so dumb. All this is so pressurizing.
